These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dynasty U platform ("the Service"), operated by Tavis Rutledge. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
By creating an account, joining a league, or continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
Dynasty U is a fantasy sports league management platform. It provides tools for league commissioners and members to manage teams, schedules, scores, standings, Gameday Bets, in-league currency (Dynasty Dollars), a shop system, and related community features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep that information up to date. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
All content, software, branding, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Tavis Rutledge and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service.
Certain features of the Service may require payment. All payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, poses a security or fraud risk, or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tavis Rutledge's aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where prohibited by law.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your league.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tavis Rutledge operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
